Photo Usage Policy
Unity Web Agency may occasionally post images of team members on the company social media accounts and in promotional materials like proposals.
Team members will be allowed to view and/or approve photos from company events before they are used.
If a team member does not want their photo used on social media, Unity will respect their wishes for privacy and not post it.
Scope
This policy shall apply to all full-time, part-time, and contract team members.
Responsibilities
Unity Web Agency will be responsible for providing this policy to all team members and contractors.
All team members and contractors will be responsible for following this policy and contacting the Unity Web Agency with any questions or concerns.
Implementation
Unity Web Agency will distribute this policy to all team members and contract workers upon hiring. In cases where the policy is adopted after a team member has been hired, the policy will be shared with the team member within 30 days of adoption.
Team members should communicate their preference about their photo usage with the marketing team.
The marketing team will maintain a list of team members with their preferences for photo usage.
Program Evaluation
Unity Web Agency will check in with all team members and contractors on a regular basis, at least annually as part of a review process, to ensure that this policy is being followed.
